Adventurous Spirit is an online course for aspiring travellers wanting to go on their first independent journey, or their first adventure in many years.

In this programme I help you understand how to make the most out of planning and undertaking your own travel adventure, whether on your own or with others. 

I will support you to recondition your mind so you can make your dreams come true. Using these tools, you will have the clarity and courage to go on your own adventure whether it’s to Cornwall or Nepal!

This is true for travel. You don’t need to plan much for a holiday on the beach, but if you are doing an adventurous journey on your own or with others, you should do some planning. Information will enable you to manage risks and stay safe, but it also allows you to prioritise your time.

Adventurous Spirit is a step by step guide on how to prepare mentally and physically for a trip. You can Google a checklist anytime – this is so much more than that. This is about feeling fit and energised to travel your way, fulfilling your dreams on the way. YOu are capable of more than you think. When you travel in this way, you bring back more than souvenirs in the suitcase. You bring back a whole new approach to living.

It’s challenging going on your first trip and it can be a daunting idea travelling on your own terms.

I understand, I have done my first solo trip. I felt scared, but I still did it.
